Kell Enow

my name is fabrice and I hired kell enow to represent me with my case I-360. I was object of domestic violence in my marriage and I went to him and he sent all the documents to the uscis , 14 months later , my I=360 was approved , let me mention that my first lawyer did not do the progress that he di...d , so I recommended everybody to choose kell enow as a lawyer.

Am I the only one whose case was messed up by this armature of a lawyer Enow Kell ? I settled his lawyer fees which was something he was more interested in, gave him all the requested documents. He claims he mailed it to the USCIS but uptil date they have not received it. Lawyer has no prove to show ...he mailed the document and cannot account for that. Same thing happened when court mailed him notice to appear and he never told me.Next thing i know i'm ordered removed for not appearing. I seem to know more about my case and procedure than the lawyer. I have lost so much money and time because of malpractice. Lawyer who never calls to update me or never return my calls. He does not even have my number saved in his phone and all the time I call him he does not know who is calling and he has been representing me for over 4years now. My case was quite easy but he made is so complicated but not giving me court notice, informing me with updates, and losing all my documents. I mean right up to this day I have not gotten an answer what happened to my documents. This has made my life miserable and what makes it worse is the fact that he doesn't care of even pretend to. avoids my calls, when i call with strange number he will pick and he notices it is me will rush me and promise to call me back but never does. I have paid all his fees, but all he has ever done is make my case more and more complicated. I called the USCIS almost everyday and they still claim they didn't receive any documents from him and if he really did send it let him send some kind of proof.I am sueing Enow Kell. I have told him i don't want him to represent me anymore, but all I want is to know what happened to all my documents i sent him. Application alone was almost $ 1500, plus the medical and everything.we looking at atleast $2,000. I worked so hard to raise this money on $9/hr for him to throw it away and have no remorse for his actions. If the USCIS had received tge documents Enow Kell claimed he sent, I will have my greencard now and will be qualify for certain things like student loans, financial aid , etc . My life is at a pause, my time has been wasted and i am miserable because of Enow Kell and what makes things worse is he doesn't care. I gave his business a start because i couldn't give him a zero or negative. I don't think he deserves it.
