mistaken identity
My son was arrested for something he did not do, when i called Keith he was on it in no time at all... dropped everything to help me, never asked for anything in return, his priority was Nick but he also made sure to keep me calm and focused .... It was amazing at how fast he took control of the situ...

For the greater good
I was approached for a class action suit where private personal info was being improperly disposed. Although at first I felt nervous, but after speaking with Keith he reassured me that this is a matter of principle and he not only wants justice now but wants the company to be held to these standards ...
