Plaintiff Bradley went to Kaiser Hospital to have a simple c-section child birth. During the c-section, the doctor made mistakes, resulting in internal damage to Plaintiff which resulted in the permane ... nt damage to Plaintiff and required additional surgery to repair. The second surgery caused further damage and resulted in yet another surgery, during which Plaintiff's hip was mysteriously broken (likely from Plaintiff being dropped from the operating gurney during or after surgery). Plaintiff was subsequently and permanently disabled.
