The specific answer will come from asking the child support agency, none of us lawyers work there nor have your case.
Asked for a copy of ledger, I was told I would see it in court, they did not have to provide me this information. Is this legal?

Its possible but unlikely to get your plea requests to all the Courts. but yes its possible just a logistical nightmare.
