I know of no criminal charge for talking. If the talking involves prohibited activities that is a different story.

I would call the police when you are hit in the face does not sound like discipline to me but rather assault.

If a bond amount is set for the warrant yes they have the opportunity to bond out and will stay in jail until they do so.

most Criminal and appellate attorney's do not take cases on contingency but can f they are wealthy enough to work for free.
