1. you turn yourself in at the jail.
2. You request a public defender
3. The pd will advise you of your options.

He can ask for a continuance you can not unless you are a lawyer.

You will be on probation when the prosecutor offers probation, you and your attorney agree you should plead guilty to whatever charge and the Judge...

No that would have to be approved by the Court , the Judge who is supervising your suspended case. (p.o carries out the Judges orders)
