My husband was in jail on aug 26th 2013 and on september 30th 2013 was sentenced to 90 days when will he be released.

Yes they can and they did. The probation officer is the enforcing arm of the Judge. You should carefully read each and every condition of probation...

Don't take the plea and hire a lawyer who will not ignore mitigating evidence, serve yourself some justice in this world.

That is great you get to travel, are you concerned your probation officer is giving you permission and will later tell the Judge you didn't have...

Hi i. Went to court and they gave me a withhold adjudication on a ticket. I have to pay 166.50. Does this stay on record after ?
