Cps is mandated to do an investigation in suspected abuse or neglect. if the reporter called in the complaint then yes CPS has to act.

You should immediately call the police and report any assault that occurred to you. as far as the threat to put you in a home i would ignore it...

Indictments are handed down by Grand juries. Criminal cases are prosecuted by the state's attorney. You are not the owner of either.
