Sure seems like they needed to lawfully evict you. Call the UT law school clinic and see if you can get some free legal help.
Find a notary and get it notarized.................
He will be charges and will need a Criminal Defense Attorney ASAP whether hired or public defender.
Yes at some point the judge will set a bond on his new charge, call the jail and find out if its been set.
Signing an affidavit will not automatically get your case dismissed. The sole discretion whether to file a case belongs to the prosecuting attorney.
Sure does seem ridiculous after all this time. consider hiring a traffic ticket lawyer to loo into it in Tucson, may be able to get it dismissed.
No way to guess on this one best to ask your lawyer specifically or your parole officer.
The only person who can dismiss a charge is the prosecuting attorney. No way to know what will happen without knowing what the prosecutor intends...
Not sure of your question here??????????/
