The 16 year old may be reported as a run away and the 19 year old may be arrested as harboring a run away. You put this under a sex crime?

The iop course is mandated through the probation department via the Judge. Best to explain all this to your p.o. and back everything up with email....

Yes, in order to enforce child support that is in arrears a person will hire a family lawyer to file an enforcement case in family court.

You can't sue for getting pregnant because you fully participated in the sex act without protection and even with protection there is no guarantee....
