This attorney appears not to be very conversant with her material, provides misguided or erroneous or contradictory information (which then becomes enshrined in the documents she draws up for the client), and refuses to make changes even when her own contradictions and mistakes are pointed out to her.... She persistently does not reply to emails; or forward materials to third parties when the client has requested her to do so; or carry her work through to completion. Once she has been paid, she considers that the work has been completed and she does not care about any errors or inaccuracies that the documents may still contain (or that may be uncovered later by the client upon rereading the document). She does not stand behind her work or want to be bothered anymore, and if the client cannot use the document in its current uncorrected form, that is just his or her hard luck...
