Kathryn Ellen Cobb

Kathryn Cobb is a litigation attorney with Folkestad Fazeka Barrick & Patoile, P.C. Kathryn has represented individuals and businesses through a broad-range of civil disputes.  Mrs. Cobb has experience in all stages of state and federal court proceedings from hearings, depositions,  motions practice,  trial and appeals.

Mrs. Cobb’s litigation experience includes breach of contract, business torts,  insurance coverage, contested probate, landlord-tenant relations, construction, intellectual property and employment litigation. Mrs. Cobb is also devotes time to pro bono matters.  Kathryn prides herself on her commitment to each individual client. Kathryn’s philosophy as a litigator is to achieve outstanding results all while being cost-effective through honest communication about client objectives, developing a specific litigation strategy for each individual case, and tactically advocating for her clients. Her thorough approach to each individual matter ensures that she achieves the best possible outcome for each client.   

Kathryn received her law degree from Arizona State University – Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, she clerked for the Federal Public Defender and the Arizona Department of Water.  Additionally, she participated in Jessup International Law Moot Court.  She was selected for honorary membership in The Order of Barristers for outstanding performance in advocacy.
