We found Kathleen Hennessy through Google and looked at her Avvo rating and found it satisfactory. Kathleen is very assertive, which is an asset in the courtroom or negotiations. She will talk your ear off, but that was because I had a lot of questions, as this was my first Custody hearing. Kathleen ...was very helpful all the way through the proceedings, and we came to a satisfactory arrangement with the other party. The result of the hearing/negotiations doesn't necessarily mean the attorney did something wrong or right, but in my case, it is. It is because of Kathleen Hennessy that we came to a reasonable agreement, and helped us understand how things were going to work. If I ever have to go to a hearing again, she's going to be my first choice.
