Kathleen R. Bradshaw

Kathleen is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. She will tell you she has filed paperwork that she hasnt. She is impossible to get in touch with. She has called me about extra payment after I have already paid claiming she is behind on some bills and would appreciate an advance on future pap...er work. Once I realized how terrible she was I asked for my money back which I have not received yet. She will instruct me to come on a particular day and she wont be there.

Ms. Bradshaw should not be practicing law. She is a disgrace to her profession. I hired her to make out a simple Will. In good faith I paid her all up front. Ms. Bradshaw stated within a week she will follow up with a "rough draft" . I am still waiting for the "rough draft will". I left many calls f...or Ms. Bradshaw to return my calls and she never does. I also emailed her, but to no avail. I have gone to the office many times and I never get any answer from her staff. Ms. Bradshaw has not delivered my Will nor has she return my money.
