About Katherine
Biography
I am the Supervising Attorney of the Consumer Advocacy divsion at Higbee & Assosciates where I have been since 2010. At Higbee and Associates I have experience supervising a team of eleven employees while helping to manage the civil litigation practice. On the practice management side I help coordinate trial attorneys in 11 states for hearings, including hearings for my own state of California and I am involved directly in fielding calls and correspondence for potential incoming clients and signing them up to be represented by the firm. I am the primary point of contact at the firm for many of our civil litigation clients and have experience directly assisting clients in the areas of bankruptcy, probate, debt settlement, debt defense and FDCPA claims.
I graduated summa cum laude from Whittier Law School while earning my JD. While at Whittier Law School I served as the Executive Editor of the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy.
