By making myself open and available to them from the start, I earn clients’ trust as we work through any estate planning or business matter.  

I serve a diverse group of clients in estates and trusts matters, from those requiring simple estate planning to those who require more sophisticated tax planning. As the parent of a disabled adult child, I understand the unique needs associated with special needs planning. I handles Wills, Revocable Trusts, Special (Supplemental) Needs and other trusts, guardianships, powers of attorney and advance directives. I also have experience representing and assisting personal representatives in estate administration and probate matters.

I also handle general business matters ranging from start-up and maintenance to the sale or disposition of the business. I will assist you with entity selection as you start your business, with independent contractor, employment or other agreements as you grow your business or with buy-sell or other agreements as you dispose of your business or its assets.

I am passionate about advocating for the rights of seniors, care providers and the LGBT community. I am on the Boards of the Coalition of Geriatric Services – Howard County and Better Aging Foundation of Maryland. I am also a member of the LGBT Older Adults Task Force of Howard County.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, MMORPG games and spending time with my family.
