I am a partner in the Labor and Employment department at Klein DeNatale Goldner in Fresno, CA. I was previously a partner in the firm of Barsotti & Baker, LLP, where I focused my practice on employment litigation with an emphasis in disability related harassment and discrimination and general litigation. At KDG I will continue to focus my practice on labor and employment and employment litigation.
I was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991 after obtaining my law degree from University of California, Hastings College of Law that same year. I've spent my entire legal career in Fresno developing local expertise and professional relationships with Fresno businesses. I am BV rated with Martindale Hubbell and have also been selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers list every year since 2009.
