Justin Stephen Swartz

Justin is a civil litigation attorney in the firm’s Orlando office and serves clients locally and throughout Florida in both state and federal court. Justin represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial matters involving contracts, business disputes, real estate, construction, employment issues, non-compete and trade secret law, copyright and trademark, warranty claims, collections, and landlord-tenant disputes. In addition, Justin represents and defends banks and other financial institutions in foreclosures, evictions, consumer litigation, state and federal regulatory compliance, and real estate title issues.

In counseling clients, Justin seeks to understand his client’s business and develop strategies that best fit each particular case and each client’s unique needs and goals. Justin works hard to efficiently solve problems and obtain the best result for his client in light of his client’s goals and concerns. Justin has assisted businesses and individuals in the resolution of civil disputes through all available means including trial, pre-trial motion practice, mediation, negotiation, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

Justin is a native Floridian and has practiced in all twenty judicial circuits throughout the state of Florida. Justin and his wife, May, reside in Orlando and when not practicing law they enjoy kayaking, running marathons, volunteering with their church, and traveling to our National Parks.
