Justin Kalamekairian didn't do his job and lied to my therapist, county attorney, diversion office and my mom. He was working against me the whole time and charged us $15,000 dollars for no reason. The man wouldn't stop yelling at me when I tried to tell him he made a mistake and wouldn't accept it. ...Justin totally dropped the ball and then blamed me for it. He told me I'm incompetent for court after taking my money. He wouldn't do his job and now I'm on this really nasty MH diversion program when the charges should of been dropped. The county attorney wanted to drop the charges the whole time and Justin talked him into bringing me up on charges so he could drag out the court case to get more money. We paid Justin $3,000 dollars just to go to the diversion meeting for an hour to make sure it's handled right. Turns out I wasn't even on the program and had to go through strict rules for 4 months thinking I'm on the diversion program because Justin told me I was. I told him so many times I'm not on diversion and he continued to yell at me and assured me I'm on the program. I had to start the diversion program over from step one after 4 months of thinking I'm on it because Justin wouldn't listen or do his job. We want out money back. Justin is friends with the so-called victim in the case. We didn't actually hire Justin; he just took over the case all of a sudden.

Justin was hired to help my daughter through a very stressful court process in Nebraska. Although we live in another state, which made everything even more difficult, Justin was always available to explain what was happening with the case. He proved to be not only a highly competent & professional... attorney, but also a calming and caring influence during the whole ordeal. We will never be able to thank him enough for the wonderful conclusion to my daughter's case ~ he made a huge difference in her life that will never be forgotten. Was advised to contact the Berry Lawfirm after a DUI arrest. Justin was given my case after an initial phone consult with a different attorney. Only had one minor issue with a meeting, Justin was out of town and I wasn't contacted. I waited an hour in the office for my meeting and was finally to...ld it wasn't happening. I would have dropped a star but Justin phoned later to apologize and took responsibility when he could have pushed it onto his support staff. When we finally did meet I could tell he had put in time analyzing the evidence in my case, he clearly explained the worst case/best case outcomes and gave me some ideas to help my side (LPT: When an attorney says something might help, do it!). While waiting for my court date I was kept abreast of what the prosecutor was willing to offer a no contest plea and was 90% sure of the sentence before setting foot in the courtroom. My sentence was the lightest possible by law, much to the shock of everyone including Justin. I would recommend Justin to any of my family or friends without hesitation, were I to ever need an attorney again (hopefully not!) Justin will be the first one I call.

From the hours after my arrest to the hour that I received a call from Justin that my case was dismissed he was nothing short of great. Within an hour of contacting his office through their contact page I was called (11pm) and reassured that I needed to take some time to reconfigure myself and then ...find an attorney that I could TRUST. That call led me to multiple meetings with other attorneys and led me straight back to Justin.
