I'm an attorney thats straight forward and honest. I hate the term 'aggressive representation.' Being a jerk doesn't get you what you want. Acting as a true professional, you can advance your clients position favorably, without the sleaziness. No matter the charge, family issue, or legal problem your facing, an adaptive strategy is always in place. It's your case, so you are part of the team. You have the right to be advised of and participate in all strategic decisions and how you wish to move your case forward. I don't sugar coat your situation with nonsense to give you false hope. I'm direct and effective, however, if your the type that wants me to promise you everything, when no guarantee can be made by anyone, then I'm not the attorney for you. I'm personable and down to earth. Don't get caught up with an attorney that doesn't relate to you, uses attorney jargon you don't understand, or is stuffy and arrogant. This is the real world and your attorney should ease your concerns, make you feel comfortable to discuss ALL your issues in confidence without judgment, and get real advise to navigate your situation successfully. I'm a family man, with my wife with whom I've been with for 18 years. Together, we have 4 children both adopted and biological. I am a former pro skater turned horsepower junkie. 200+mph club. I make myself available at all hours, if an emergency exists, or if you just have a life, job, or kids that prevent you from contact during 'normal' business hours. AND I won't charge you an excessive fee for access to my legal knowledge.
