Justin David Delecki

Mr. Delecki is a Litigation Associate with Creenan & Baczkowski.  He assists with most litigation issues, specifically focusing on the needs of his clients and bringing about a desirable resolution to any conflict they face.

Mr. Delecki graduated Cum Laude from the Ohio Northern University School of Law where he participated in Ohio Northern’s Law Review and Moot Court programs.  While at Ohio Northern, Mr. Delecki gained valuable litigation experience clerking with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York as well as Cellino and Barnes, P.C.  Additionally, Mr. Delecki extended his experience into Municipal and School law, clerking for the Lima, Ohio Office of the Law Director and the Lima City School District.

Mr. Delecki was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 2015.

Prior to law school, Mr. Delecki graduated cum laude from Niagara University with his BA in Adolescent and Middle Child Education: Social Studies 5-12.  While at Niagara, Mr. Delecki was member of the Division 1 Swimming program and an Academic All-American.

In his free time, Mr. Delecki enjoys coaching a local YMCA swim team and spending time outdoors.  He is also a member in the American Bar Association –Young Lawyers Division and the Allegheny County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Division.
