Julia C. Stephanides

JULIA C. STEPHANIDES is a member of Outten & Golden’s Individual Practice Group. She represents employees exclusively in a wide range of matters, including litigation and transactional matters. Her litigation practice focuses on claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and violation of state and federal wage and hour laws. She also represents whistleblowers and individuals who have experienced adverse employment action as a result of opposing illegal or unethical corporate practices. Ms. Stephanides also handles a variety of transactional matters, including the negotiation of employment contracts, executive compensation packages, and severance agreements for high-level executives and other employees. She advises employees on matters such as equity compensation, intellectual property, restrictive covenants, and termination provisions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Ms. Stephanides litigated ERISA and civil rights matters at Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman & Wasow, LLP. Previously, Ms. Stephanides represented high-growth companies in corporate matters including formation, financing, and acquisition at Gunderson Dettmer, LLP. Ms. Stephanides received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2009, and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014.
