Juha Jarkko Koponen

Juha heads the Capital Markets practice at Borenius with a focus on large international capital markets offerings. Chambers Global constantly ranks Juha as one of the few US Capital Markets and US Finance Experts based in Finland under the “Foreign US Expert” category. All major legal directories, such as the IFLR1000, Legal 500, Chambers Europe, and the Best Lawyers rank him as a “Leading Lawyer” in capital markets in Finland.

Juha also works on M&A and private equity matters assisting mainly U.S. based clients. He also writes and lectures extensively on Finnish capital markets and M&A matters in international publications and seminars.
