Can I sue someone for making clearly false and disproven allegations of child endangerment to DCF? I know who made the report.

You can sue them but would have to prove the monetary damages you suffered which may be difficult.

You need to file to terminate the child support for the 18 year old. Mother will owe you child support for the 14 year old.

This is in the limbo stage before orders are made. Mother has either file an emergency motion with the court or contact the police for help.
