Not likely. If you are receiving income from parents that may affect child support and alimony though.

IF you cannot come to agreements on modification your only option is to file for modification with the Court.
The family law court reserved on a motion for contempt. The other party is still violating the same thing in the MSA.

The home is likely sole and separate property, although if there is equity gained during the marriage, there may be a community lien on the house...

Typically supervised visits are ordered for the bets interests of the children so if the facts are present this can be ordered.
