I hired Josh to defend against a PPO that was filed against me. He took my money up front. I prepared most of the motion myself, Josh merely edited it. The court hearing was delayed twice, once because he failed to serve the other party in time and another he gave a wrong date which extended the proc...ess even further out. He didn't bother to submit any of the evidence I gave him and although I gave him the information needed to poke holes in the plaintiff's story all he managed to do is reiterate what was spoken by the other side. Also during my dealings with him he routinely failed to communicate as he promised and only after multiple follow ups would he then communicate with me. Hire Josh only if you want to be separated from your money and you do not wish to get professional representation.
