Mr. Brown was hired to file bankruptcy in order to stay an eviction while I get my finances in order. Mr. Brown did not file any paperwork in the eviction hearing. When I contacted Mr. Brown about receiving a refund he talked down to me saying "I have a feeling I know why you are where you're at" he... stated this to me even though we had lengthy conversation about my PTSD and how it had affected my ability to earn enough money to survive and that I needed a fresh start. I would not recommend this attorney to represent you based on my own experience.

I happened to e-mail Josh late in the evening and he e-mailed me back the same evening, we set up a time to have a phone conversation. He answered all of my questions and but me at ease. We met, he told me everything I needed to do, what papers I needed and what o needed to say. He made every step ea...sy for me. I’m so happy with the results and I would recommend Jason to anyone who Was having to file chapter 7. Thanks again Jason
