I had a long term disability claim that I was fighting with Prudential Insurance. I had received a denial letter after I been approved and received benefits for the previous four years even though my condition had not improved an in fact had deteriorated. I tried to weave through the appeal process m...yself and was very overwhelmed. After doing some research I found Erik. He was more than helpful and although very professional, he was easy to talk to and sympathetic. He took over the appeal process and fought for me and my benefits was reinstated. Then again two years later I received the denial letter again. I immediately called Erik and he went to work for me again! I cannot thank him enough for fighting for me and relieving my stress throughout the appeal process!
