I would highly recommend Joe Zakhary. He took on my case, on a pro bono basis, to obtain independent Child Study Team evaluations on behalf of a minor child. Joe went above and beyond at every stage, representing the child’s interests as if they were those of his own child. He was extremely responsiv...e and kept me advised as the case unfolded. His honest assessments allowed me to gauge the circumstances and make decisions. He filed appropriate petitions and effectively represented me in negotiations and a hearing. The case was complicated because of the involvement of several departments of the state tasked with the care and responsibility of the minor.
