Joseph M. Carreiro Jr.

In 2008, Joe left the practice of law to focus on the implementation and development of a broad spectrum of services for seniors and their families, as well as assume a professorship at Hesser College and Kaplan University.

Specifically, what his office provides is professional counseling services, matching seniors and their families up with providers in the elder service industry.  They assist seniors and their families with getting assistance with estate and elder planning (preparation of short term and long term benefits application(s), health care and durable power(s) of attorney (advanced directives), wills, trusts).  He can locate and work directly with companion, home health agencies and geriatric care managers.  He provides financial counseling, property management and book keeping services, and works with financial planning service providers to assist individuals with the management of their assets. 

Joe graduated from Pierce Law Center in Concord New Hampshire in May 1996.  After law school, Joe began a solo law practice, working in the Probate and Family Court(s); performing real estate title examinations and resolving title issues, buyer and seller purchase and sale and conveyancing work; individual and small business income tax planning and preparation; and lastly working with individuals representing them before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, (now United States Citizenship and Immigration Services).

After leaving solo practice, Joe continued the work he provided as a sole practitioner, but focused his practice in real estate law, working with residential and commercial buyers and sellers, and performing real estate conveyancing for national lenders, and as an agent for national title insurers, as well as developed his elder law and estate planning practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Before leaving the practice of law, Joe was admitted to both the Bar for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.
