Joseph Anthony Cafaro

Joseph Cafaro was born in Staten Island, New York and raised in South River, New Jersey. Joe attended St. Peter the Apostle High School in New Brunswick, where he graduated with High Honors while also captaining the Baseball and Cross-Country teams.

After high school, Joe attended New York University, graduating in 2008. While at NYU, Joe continued to play baseball while also becoming an active member of the university’s Greek community. Joe would become President of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, serve as a delegate to the Inter-Greek Council, and sit on the Inter-Greek Council’s Judicial Board.

Joe then continued his studies at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with Honors. While at UM, Joe interned for the Honorable Scott J. Silverman (Ret.) of the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, FL, and completed a clinical internship at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

Before joining Hightower & Partners, Joe began his legal career as an associate at The Burton Firm, a boutique civil litigation firm in Aventura, Florida. Joe is admitted to the Florida Bar, the New Jersey Bar, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Joe resides in Boca Raton and in his spare time enjoys golfing, reading, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
