In as much as my name and former position as purported owner of the Family First Law Group aka Family First Legal Group;

a)as same is designated by Michael O King, Jr. in his fraudulent notice of transfer/sale of (the King Law) firm letter sent to hundreds of his former and or existing clients ( both of the Wayne Crowe Law and King Law firms ) via a mass mailing list email, without consent or prior approval, and

b) as advertised by Wayne Crowe the owner of the websites (; ; ; etc..) operated, monitored and maintained by Troy Shrear owner of the tech company "Scorpion" and which are now and or have always been linked to the 910 Sheridan Avenue Bronx NY (as well as his Yonkers office location[s]) divorce law firm scams,

has now been inextricably associated with and or directly linked to these attorneys, their firms, staff (ie. Katie Winter and Brian Kaufman ) and otherwise blatant unethical, fraudulent and abominable conduct as not just members of the bar but of the human race,

Let it be known that I too am a victim of their malicious scams- having been used by them as a potential scapegoat for and shield from the anticipated legal repercussions, malpractice law suits and professional liability complaints, and now entangled in their web of lies and deceit at a cost which is perhaps too great to even adequately express in words and or numerical value-having profited or gained absolutely nothing.

Ultimately, my objective here is not to convince the reader but to affirmitavely plead my defense of not guilty by presenting anyone aggrieved with the following challenge, to wit:

If you were a client of the Family First Law/Legal Group and thought / think you paid me directly or otherwise, any retainer fees, court costs or expenses I encourage you to follow the money trail and look into who's account(s) those fees were deposited into by most likely Katie Winter (Michael King's sister) acting as my "office manager". They certainly were not my accounts. And therein lies the problem -for them- but for me it is the only solution, defense and justification.

And I assure you corrective legal measures have been commenced, not just for my sake and that of my reputation, but for all those who have been and will continue to fall prey to these ravenous wolves now hiding out in Michigan but staying actively involved in their schemes and wicked ways.
