The experience I had during this housing situation was extremely difficult, especially given that Im living with my young child with autism and special needs in a unit that was under abatement due to serious health and safety concerns. Communication throughout the process felt dismissive at times, a...nd I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled with appropriate urgency.There are rodent Feces in my vents rodents in the house and a roach infestation also life gunning issues that are not taken care of! At one point, my communications were characterized in a way I did not agree with, including being described as “disruptive” and “redundant,” which added to the stress of an already serious situation. Overall, I was disappointed with how the situation was managed during a time when I was trying to address urgent habitability and relocation concerns. I hope future situations involving tenants with vulnerable circumstances are handled with more care, clarity, and professionalism.
