I am so incredibly grateful for everyone at FFP for all their hard work. JR and Shelley, and every person I ever interacted with went above and beyond for me when no other firm wanted to help. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and a handshake (or Covid safe elbow bump which was awesome to see),... asked me how I was doing, and addressed me by my name. Even down to asking if I needed a drink when I walked in which may seem silly to praise in all of this, but that is the care and attention that everyone here acts with, and I always felt welcome, safe, and valued.
