Jonathan M. Marks

During a career extending over 40 years, Jon Marks had handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from complex frauds to narcotics cases and crimes of violence. As a former Assistant United States Attorney, he grew up in the federal court system and has always maintained a close relationship with the players -- judges, clerks, prosecutors and defense counsel -- in the federal system. He has appeared in federal courts throughout New York State and in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida and California. He has also handled numerous cases in the state and city courts, mostly federal courts throughout New York State and in Connecticutin New York, with great success.
