John helped me with a couple of individual but related legal issues. He did an awesome job navigating the insane complexity of dealing with banks and heavily bureaucratic organizations and not giving up! The only reason for the 4 versus 5 star rating is sometimes the communication (check-ins) need...ed to be initiated by me. I would have liked more proactive communication.

Jonathan assisted me in dealing with a mortgage and line of credit tied to a house that was extremely underwater. He advised me as to my options, but i had my own idea of how I wanted to handle this, which was to avoid bankrupcy. I called it a structured foreclosure. He assisted with the process o...f dealing with the bank that had the mortgage, and successfully negotiated a $44,000 line of credit down to a one time payment of less than $3,000. Seriously, I paid with an electronic check and that nightmare was over. My final act regarding this case will be filling out my taxes this year, and he was able to offer a referral to an accountant that deals with situations like mine. With Jonathon's help, I was able to purchase a condo, do the "structured" foreclosure, and settle a line of credit debt of $44,000 for pennies on the dollar. I am not completely out of the woods as far as my financial situation, but have been on a great path to financial freedom with Jonathon's help. I will recommend him to anyone dealing with financial hardships or issues. He will listen to your concerns, offer advice, and if you have ideas, he will weigh them and go over the pros and cons, but in the end, let you make the decision on how to move forward.
