He explained to me the options of my case and the best way to proceed. He was very forthright and open in explaining how the law works and how it would pertain to my case. I called a few before Mr. Blanken and they were either rude, never returned my call, or had no time for me. Mr. Blanken returned my call in a timely manner and went to work on my a...ppeal immediately. He rescheduled my appeal date due to work conflicts. He also was very thorough in going over my case with me on the phone prior to the appeal. I feel the questions that he asked during the appeal- allowing me to reveal all the facts- was the key in my winning.
