Yes you are entitled to a copy of your file. However you might have to pay for the photocopies and the postage.

I would check with Clerks office to see if there is a signed copy in file. I wouldn't risk freedom on paperwork.

It depends. If you are being monitored by KAPS then they will definitely know. In some counties the county attorneys office will do random checks....
