Johnson Morse Snell

John graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He received in Juris Doctor (law) degree from the Charleston School of Law.

After graduating from USC, he was a full time communications officer for Lexington County. He was honored as a "Shining Star" county employee by County Council for his role in the recovery of an abducted child. His duties as a communications officer included answering live 911 calls and providing emergency medical or other emergency advice. He also dispatched law enforcement calls for area law enforcement agencies including the Lexington County Sheriff's Department and the Town of Lexington Police Department. His years of law enforcement background provide an insight into the way that law enforcement officers think. As a dispatcher he was responsible for coordinating initial investigations and officer responses to such types of cases as domestic violence, DUI, homicide, child abductions, burglary, assault and thefts.

John is experienced in substantial analysis of Driving Under the Influence and Child Abuse allegations He assisted in the editing of James Snell's book Challenging CDV, the only book written on the topic of defense of South Carolina Criminal Domestic Violence charges.
