Worst Attorney in State of New Jersey

Hired for mortgage mediation. Initially paid retainer by credit card. Had to dispute the charge due to non-responsiveness. Never returned calls or emails. Always blamed it on secretary. After meeting and promise to be responsive, I retained him. Until, mediation day came and found out that it was can...celed because he didn't file the paperwork. Fired his a$$ on the spot. This guy's been suspended multiple times. How is he still able to practice?
