Regardless of the restraining order as a general rule grandparents do not have visitation "rights". To force your daughter to provide visitation...

Yes you can either get custody under Cgapter 751, Florida Statutes, or in Guardianship proceeding. 751 is easier.

fees earned as incident to support are collectible just like support (contempt, jail etc.). So check your order.

If the order of protection says stay away from you only then he can see his kids, if the 2 orders are in conflict you have to point that out to...
