In my opinion you have not lived here long enough to establish residency in FL so yes you can move.

I do not have your documents to review, however permanent periodic alimony usually ends when the receiving spouse gets remarried.

Albeit late, she paid the bills then finally presented them to you. In my opinion you have 30 days but that is not a hard deadline.
