He will not be able to take the child out of state, that is against FL law. He has the right to petition for custody but unlikely he will win.

since your dad holds the mortgage he can redo the mortgage in your name and file a satisfaction of mortgage as to the mortgage in both names.

You have to get DNA done once you have that you can file a petition to dis-establish paternity. Do it asap. Then contact me.
