If you have been separated 3 years the emails are not relevant neither is the adultery issue.

you have to file a motion to compel the discovery, when it comes in and the numbers do not jive then get a CPA.

If there is severe alienation you have to get a therapist or psychologist involved to get custody.

If you are a party to the case you have to appear in FL . Call the lawyer to reschedule. or set it up via Skype at a court reporter office near you.
