You have to enforce the debt in the name of the estate of your mother, this is done in a probate proceeding not a divorce case.

Are recordings allow in Fl divorce court? Have recorded spouse but she was not aware of the recording.

You cannot use the recording in court if it was taken without the persons knowledge or consent.

You have to go before the judge and the judge has to approve your request. You should get a lawyer.
