You have the right to challenge the pre-nup (in any litigation they always get challenged). Just because you were pregnant does not by itself void...

Child Support ends in FL at 18. Doubtful the Court will award child support in NY when FL has jurisdiction over the case.

You should have an attorney draw up the necessary paperwork then submit the order to the court. This should be written up as a temporary arrangement.

All of this can be done by stipulation and then mailed into the court for approval. Have a lawyer prepare the necessary paperwork.
