only if a spouse cannot be located can one spouse file against another. The petitioning spouse has to use due diligence to try to locate the other...

yes you can apply just for child support and spousal support you do not need to get the divorce.

they are entitled to set the deposition within 50 miles of where you live, if not they have to come to you.

Get a court Order declaring that the property is yours then take that to the clerk then the clerk will remove his name.
