File the standard contempt motion. Also you have to subpoena the psychologist to get him to show up at any hearings.

If you are not married to the mother then you have to file a lawsuit to enforce your parental rights to the child.

she is running a big risk of harm to the children in the event of an emergency (fire, power outage, etc.). Alcohol use per se is not illegal.

You have to prove that the marriage was valid under Mexico law. If it is then yes you are legally married.

If the mortgage is in his name only then only he will be liable. So yes quit claim the property to him

you have to get a court order. The daughter saying she wants to live with you is not enough unless the ex signs a stipulation to change custody
