notice of lack of prosecution mean the case has had no activity for a while so you need to keep the case moving.

typically kids never testify except through a guardian and the opinion of a child is one factor in the overall analysis of the case.

whomever has primary custody of the child gets the SSD check for the child. It does not get split up.
