If the order says they have to go then they have to go kids do not repeat do not get to decide.

You have to re-register the out of state order in FL then ask the court to modify it.

If you have a court order that says you have primary custody then yes you can go pick up the child. Go with the police.

That person is not permitted to move without a court order in advance so if the ex moves then you can get a FL order requiring her to come back.
